The worst experience. We ordered coffee and while my family waited at the table I stayed at the counter for my coffee. An employee of Costa ( not the barista) came to my family and stated that it’s only customer seating. The tone and his communication was vile. He changed a possibly good experience to a terrible one. Shame on him for not admitting his disrespect and apologising. People like him make companies like Costa bow their head in shame. We left with no coffee and a bitter experience!
