whatever we asked they did not have . No bendi masala and no lamb kabab. So we had to eat what they had. Staff good.

We actually dont like sweet sabzis. The paneer sabji which we ordered was sweet. The waiter should have informed this in advance that the paneer sabzi will be sweet. There is no option of veg sabjiz at all. This was disappointing as we are veg. The kebab platter was nice. The presentation and ambience is good. The seservice is very slow. Sliced onion came after we had our dinner. The complimentary gulab jamun with ice cream was great.

It's really amazing. Good food, good service, surprise complimentary dessert and a gift too. They made our anniversary memorable. Wonderful experience.

Having tried Khana Khazana & Options before i was eager to try Signature.. My overall experience is the food is ok..nothing great..they seem to be really over priced . Its was my birthday..They did give me a cake however they charged me for the same when questioned they informed me that since i used the round menu promotion..there are no compliments...sounds funny keeping in mind the price they charge ....staff was courteous and the chef does make you feel comforable..as he gives you a visit..with a smile..

This place exceeded my expectations. The food was exquisite & incredibly flavourful. I highly recommend their signature prawn dish as a main course and for wine get the Sula Dindori (Shiraz).

Has Sanjeev Kapoor stamped his Signature?

Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor

Dubai; “Sparks of brilliance” – so claimed celebrated Indian chef Sanjeev Kapoor as he described his menu in a FooDiva interview last month With that top of mind, we waltzed, or should I say tangoedmore on that laterinto his latest Dubai restaurant, Signature at the boutiquey Melia hotel on a Friday evening just after 9pm only to find one other table occupied – luckily it’s an intimate 60-cover restaurant Escorted to our table hidden behind a sheen of organza curtains, we did feel rather specialbutFooDiva had been recognised[sigh]I guess, wig shopping is next on the agenda after all

After rearranging ourselves to accommodate over-exuberant air conditioning, our order of dirty vodka martinis turned up with ginnot a good start So off he trotted to remix The menu is a biggie, and true to Sanjeev’s words, “there may be elements which bring surprise, a smile, that’s what I call sparks of brilliance – otherwise we are copying So Signature is all about finding new things in the traditionallet’s step back and make it relevant for today’s needs” Primarily North Indian, but with many a twist We smiled at Sanjeev’s words of wisdom peppered throughout the menu Good to see most mains with a choice of two portion sizes Sadly FooDiva spotted the much
