We went mid of february 2014. It was a friday. When we entered a guy asked do you have a booking? I said no. I was not aware that the restaurant needs to have booking. Then the guy left me standing with my family. A few minutes he said i need to have booking. I said can he just looked available table. Then he left us again. When he came back he said again that there are no available sits for us. But i saw an available table and told him, is that table reserved? Then the guy is kinda hesitant then said okey i will give you that table. We stayed for 2 hours i guess and that table was not reserved at all. Tsk... When he gave us the sits, he didnt even bother to hand us over the menu. I need to call another lady. Great food but the way the first colleague approach us, he needs some training about guest service.

Poor Service and place are not good with children because it is a smoking place. My last visit was very uncomfortable due to some people are smoking and i have my 2 yrs old son with me and you have to wait 45mins to 1 hour for the food to be served. Overall the place is good for smokers and not for family with children. Food is very good and the band.

Singer and staff are good.. Foods are great.. Only thing is.. Food service is kind a slow..
