I was very disappointed with worst customer service I from one of your staff Maylin . She was rude , never showed some respect to me . I had to wait for 7min to get just a cup of tea done . She gave me a dirty cup as you can see and worse off after asking for a clean cup she gave me an attitude, typical racism because I am black . This is the worst service of my life at Dubai Mall and I am very upset .

food was of a very poor quality, ordered pizza, chicken caesar salad and beef lasagna. very low grade ingredients were used, taste was horrible similar to commercial packed food.
caesar salad sauce was pure mayonnaise, no croutons were added and very low grade lettuce.
the pizza dough was terrible, its texture was similar to bread and tasteless.
lasagna was way far from how it should have tasted or looked like. they used terribly low grade ground beef that had a clay texture and not anything near to ground beef, like it was a flat layer of clay between the layers of pasta.
a very poor and worthless restaurant.

Felt discriminated by staff Ahmad at Deira City Center I ordered Vegetables Pastas and requesting to add a little bit more of broccoli he just ignored me I even knock the window glass to get his attention but my request was declined. I had no choice but to keep quiet but the customer next to me is European I noticed he put condiments into a double portion while looking at me. I realized the treatment between Asian and European is different in this food chain.

Very bad experienced , tried for the first time their pizza and pasta , the pizza was not fresh and not well baked and so oily , the pizza tasteless . I will never recommend this food oytlet to anyone . Unsatisfied :(
