Very very bad service. They added food we didn’t order so it made the bill much more expensive and then refused to give our money back and claimed that it “came with the meal.” Dont eat here

I normally go to texas chicken over KFC as I prefer the taste there. However, this time Cashier (I think the name is Norma as per my receipt) tried to upsize without my consent and selling it as a "complete meal" I asked what that entails she said fries and drink which is what I wanted. What she was trying to sell me however included chicken nuggest or sth which is not what I asked for.
After this was corrected I asked her to replace the coleslaw with mashed potatoes which is sth I do everytime, she refused and said she already punched it.
Even if the food quality is better in my opinion, customer service and honesty should always be a priority. This has been my worst experience so far at a fast food restaurant in Dubai and I am never ordering from there again

the coke was not sealed. no fizz and it came out and made the burger and fries worsened.
