I'm so disappointed to Elizabeth "acting manager" of this restaurant. I came to her while she was in the counter. I told her that I knew my order which the beef noddles but suddenly she told me to be in queue coz that is their rules. I understand the rule but my point is, why would I go to the line/queue if the other customers were still there to choose their order? She should have taken my order and pay her first while me waiting for my order to be made coz i know it will take time to get the noodles. But what she did was she still argued with me and let me wait in the queue and just left me at the counter area to assist other customer without saying anything. In short I got snobbed by her and no apologies at all! Very bad service honestly! When I asked asked who's the manager there, she told me she's the acting manager-i got shocked coz I didn't see any leadership from her!
