Appealing went there tonight- missed lots from our order despite paying. Two portions of chicken nuggets missing and a coke. Only noticed when near our hotel so now hungry - disappointed

The biggest food company in the world, the largest franchise food chain in the city and could not deliver in nad al Sheba sports complex!!! Here are the names of food co that I ordered previously without hassle, blah blah blah and no “I’m so sorry sir we cannot deliver in your area” Texas, Marybrown, al Ain cafeteria, Burger King, kfc, Pizza Hut. Tell how stupid your agents are. Answering the phonecalls with monotone voice like robots and answering the same “I’m sorry sir we cannot deliver in that are” for 4 times on the same conversation. I asked if you can do anything about it. And the agent replied the same robotic answer. “ I’m sorry sir we cannot deliver in your area” you are not the living the vision of Ray Kroc to have McDonald’s in every block of the city so customers will have convenience and choose only McDonald’s. Garbage

Very attractive and beautiful outlet after renovations. One of the lady at counter very Bad attitude this Morning, Ms. Catherine I was shocked with her face expression. Just ask about Other product availabilities which supposed to be offered by her. She banggggggggg the cashier machine with huge sound. Like she expresses her feeling.
