For the second time the pizza is very dry, even though I have told the representative that I want extra sauce due to the dryness of the pizza, still failed to make note of my request. When I called them back requesting to fix the order because I feel like I am eating dough and cheese, he said "there is nothing we can do" when I asked for manager, responded with not available, and when I asked for his number, he said "he does not know'?!?!? Very bad services and I will never order from them again.
