I'm a big fan of their sizzlers but their service is awful. They're not a costumer family restaurant. I've been going there regularly(when I'm saying regularly I mean like 3 times a month and they even know our order) since more than 6 years now but they never showed us any kind of respect as a regular costumer. Last time we went there and the chicken on sizzler was cold really!! Sizzler cold.. It should be burning hot. They took our sizzler and changed the chicken which was cold too. We complaint the manager which we knew was pointless and something had happen in the past too. Anyway he was giving us 17qr discount from our 180qe bill which was a joke. It was very insulting. If it was any western country they would have give us meal for free or given us 50%discount. The only reason we go there because I love their sizzlers like crazy. This is the first time ever I wrote any rewiews because I was very upset. Other places like Applebees and big franchise has out class costumer service. I understand they are expensive but yoko sizzler isn't cheap either. Can someone tell me how to complain Baldia? Thanks!
