Visited Lemongrass on Fri 5th Feb and was really disappointed over the quality of food that was served to us - checken was not cooked enough and the food left much to be desired. We are never going to visit this place again.....we ordered a Stir fry chicken with vegetables and the chicken was undercooked and stringy. The Tom Yam chicken soup tasted of fish stock and the chicken was hard and undercooked. We hardly expect this quality from a reputed restaurant like Lemon Grass !

Have been there several times with my family, and we just couldn't help but come back! They have a nice ambiance and very friendly staff which compliments their good food and service. Compare to other thai/fusion restaurants, Lemongrass definitely serves authentic thai food for a very reasonable price. And also, they have a branch at The Galleria Sowwah Square, though its more like a foodcourt-self-service-area, they actually sustained the quality of their food and customer service. I suggest everyone should try to visit Lemongrass at The Galleria, they have quite a view as well!

I ordered 2 takeaways from this branch of lemongrass and both times the food was pretty revolting. The second time is was actually inedible. The Tom Yum is disgusting and the seafood tastes as though it is far from being fresh. Lots of frozen calamari. Delivery took 90 minutes. If you have every eaten thai food in thailand, you will know how bad the food it here. Don't go.
