It’s a worst Resturent I have ever gone in Abu Dhabi , I order lamb curry and I found a hair in a food and they said they gonna changed I just say ok but I found on my bill they charge for the both curry and this is the Indian Resturent I have ever see they charged for the rice too once you order curry it supposed to come with rice that’s everywhere I found but this one is open just for money not for the customer service so I don’t want to suggest anyone to be on that Resturent ever there is another just one stair below that’s awesome

Worst delivery system with highly unorganized staff to deal with.
supervisor and manager are there to fix the problems of the customers but with India palace, they do not care at all.
India palace has charged me for something they did not delivered.
Charging customer for Nan & Dal and not delivering the Dal. how do they expect for their customers to have the Nan alone and wait for the Dal for next 1 hour.
Being unprofessional over the phone, not apologizing is something common with India palace.
or delaying the delivery for 3 hours and serving cold food.
i had dealt with Mr. Anil from India palace, Mushrif mall branch and experienced the worst hospitality once again.
i give my BIG ZERO rating to India palace.
