Sir, We placed order at one of your branches in Abu Dhabi Delma street. They said because they have only one driver they will take 40 minutes even though our building is only 1 minute away . We waited more than one hour and 20minutes and the food still did not arrive. My husband called to check the status of the order and that guy hanged up the phone in his face without answering. I called back and asked for the order and asked him why did he hang up the phone that way he was extremely rude and told me if I want to complaint go complaint if u want and gave me his name. Now obviously your employees are not only rude to customers and late in deliveries but also they are not showing no respect for your brand as he does not care if customer complaints like there are no consequences for his actions. You serve good food don't lose customers due to bad rude staff which deliver the worse customer service possible. We are very angry from the way we were delt with Customers need to be well treated and respected in the sales process we won't take offensive talk from your employees. The guy name is ahmed and he needs to be tough a lesson Am still keeping the receipt .
