Exceptionally flavorful, every dish has a texture and essence of its own, owing to its traditional cooking method, spelling out a recipe that entices the taste buds. With its most delightful and extensive menu, Shang Thai offers much more than
just the popular Tom Yum Goong or Pad Thai, steering choices to an all- embracing fusion of flavours.
Shang Thai holds a reputation of being Dubai's first 'All-Women Chefs' diner where an all-women team of culinarians hailing from the homelands of Thailand run the show with utmost fervency and remarkability. The team in the kitchen is led by the zealous and proficient Chef de Cuisine, Aphaimsee Phaprom, fondly addressed as 'Mamma,' owing to her passion in creating traditional and innovative Thai recipes and her wise and sagacious attributes of managing a team of experienced kitchen brigade.

MDamoun May 04, 2012Excellent Thai cusine experince. The Tom Yang is worth trying and fried fish dish was very nice. Newly opened and first branch in UAE after Oman. The only down side is its location which was bit off.
