i found this place by complete accident though i pass by every day. one of the many places with outside seating along the boulevard. my only reference point to turkish food is a place in canary wharf london (which i loved btw) and i have to say these guys are way better. prices are reasonable too. - their charcoal is very good and they actually know that grilled meat should be tender! - the restaurant inside has an awesome atmosphere, though if you are bothered by passive smoking you should go outside as shisha is permitted inside - it has a mainly local arabic clientele as i saw which makes the atmosphere even better - turkish coffee is cool, i tried the helba with milk- highly unusual and excellent flavour, can recommend it - i ordered the cold starter platter, the smoked eggplant stuff is a musthave and the hummous is outstanding too, there were a few uninspiring items on the plate though - the bread is awesome and locally made service is interesting but absolutely not bad. will be a regular i think

  • "Had dinner twice there during our stay."

We were initially taken here by friends who live nearby and returned to spend our last evening there. Although quite close to the busy road, the food was great, service excellent and a good selection on the menu. Would definitely return.

The restaurant is located near Dubai Mall. It appears that the building was originally built to be a residential villa. We had our meal in one of the “rooms” of the restaurant. There were 3 other families. You can easily listen to their conversation, which make the atmosphere not very pleasant. Menu was offer via iPads. Food was good with good selections of dishes. Price was relatively reasonable.

A truly Turkish dine in place, great selection of Turkish dishes, excellent location with tables on nice balcony overseeing Emaar boulevard. Great Turkish coffee and tea. They also serve shisha. I went there 3 times with friends and have never been disapppointed. Area for improvement - service by waiters. It was poor and late, but possibly reason was due to high rotation of staff.

I went twice to this restaurant in the last two weeks and the food, service, and the atmosphere was great. You should try the starters I suggest the spicy hotdog, the yoghurt dip, and the aubergine salad. For the main dish the Mix Grill, Ali Nazik, and Iskander Kebab are all great. Finally don't forget the Turkish Tea.

Warak enab, calamari, cigar bourek and grill helloumi were all good, loved the saray kibbeh, iskender and sofra sultani chicken. For sweets try the kunefe and kazandibi you'll love it!!

Service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious! Very small portions for appetisers, so order a couple if u'd like to share.
