Dining at Entre Nous, a restaurant specializing in international cuisine, is a delightful experience . The restaurant itself is divided into three different spaces, each reflecting the various aspects of its comprehensive menu. Entre Nous offers a light, airy and innovative atmosphere in which guest can enjoy a complementary Early Bird breakfast (from 4am to 6am) or just a coffee. During lunch or dinner the buffet area encompasses a live cooking grill where the chef will prepare meat or fish dishes which has been specially selected for that day. An intimate, softly lit seating area close to the drinks bar provides an ideal setting for pre-dinner cocktails.

I reckon that the Novotel in Dubai owes its popularity largely to the Blue Bar (wonderful jazz, drinking and smoking allowed, fine European atmosphere) and to the Entre Nous restaurant, whose chef and staff, especially the head waiter Jairul, are truly outstanding! While the breakfasts were nothing to write home about (to the extent that I preferred to get some extra sleep, rather than go downstairs on time in the mornings), the Entre Nous was a feast for the senses. The menu was so rich and each of the dishes so excellently prepared that we had dinner at the hotel on 3 of our 6 evenings in Dubai, even though it was our first visit to the city and we had intended to see as many of its restaurants as possible. An absolute gem, highly recommended!
"Very good"Reviewed 2013-09-09 02:17:09 By Andygrey1
Had dinner on the 3rd of September prior to a show. It was South American Buffet night. The Food was excellent and the variety amazing however you would expect it for the price. The staff were very attentive without being to intrusive and the clearing of our plates and drink service was fast and effecient. Restaurant atmosphere is ok however a little dark toward the pool end on the left hand side. Only suggestion would be that perhaps the door to the pool should be closed after 6pm (if another entrance and exit is available) as watching people in their bathing costumes walking past your table while you are dining was not the nicest experience.

I had a Dinner with a friend on 31st of August 2012 at Entre Nous - Novotel WTC, Dubai Love to share my experience as usual with Traveling Community As usual i will divide my review in 3 parts Best:- 1. They say its International Restaurant and serves International Buffet; well no doubt as Front End team are from Philipines while Serving Team have SriLankan and Philipino while Chef are from India and Bangladesh and visitors or eaters varies from Russia to Germany to France to Italy to USA to UK to Pakistan to India 2. Look for Nizar, Srilankan Server and he made sure the food i get is as per my taste and requirement, he ensured everything i have ordered is cooked in a way i wanted no matter Chef has to change the way dish is cooked or he has to change the style Not only that he speaks multiple languages, very polite and someone who looks after you by keep visiting and asking if everything is good 3. Best Dishes which i tried, Lamb Kofta a must try, though they called it Arabian Dish but i found it somewhere in between Arab and Asia because of taste, semi juicy and damn tasty Cheese Pasta must try, i never had such Cheese Pasta.... They served Boiled Spinach which was too good, it was cooked in butter i guessed and it made me feel like Popeye Mashed Potato, i guarantee you that you have never tried such Mashed Potato before, again cooked in butter and too good for Taste Bud Good:- 4. Hotel Location is good and Restaurant Atmosphere is ok, will give you an impression that you having business lunch or dinner Bad:- 5. Filipino Staff didnt impress me much, though they are famous for hospitality, may be its one of their bad day or may be my expectations were set high by Nizar - Srilankan Server there 6. Try Shrimps at your Risk, Shrimp Curry was too sweet, Grilled Shrimps had a smell and wasnt cooked that well 7. Though they are famous for International Buffet but i dont recommend you to try that, try Ala Carte as you wont regret. Food options are not much with Buffet, mostly Chicken Items that day i.e. Grilled Chicken, Only Soup was Chicken, Chicken Chops, Chicken Curry, couple of Beef Items i.e. Beef Chops, Beef Steak Sauce i believe and Grilled Hammour 8. No Internet 9. No Ice Cream, more concentration on cream and cake items 10. Less Vegetarian Dishes 11. Above all too expensive i.e. Grilled Shrimps were 98 AED, Shrimp Curry was around 88 AED, Mix Grilled around 118 AED so on an average one person would end up spending min 200 Plus including drinks so this is not something you can do daily or weekly Caiyad Phahad - Film Maker UAE
"Mittelmässiges Buffet"Reviewed 2012-04-14 12:04:33 By rayu66
Also alles in allem nichz zwingend zu empfehlen.
